London comes to a halt

Last nights snow fall seemed to bring London to a stand still. All the buses have been suspended and here is a snapshot of the tube service at the moment:

    Welcome to London that only operates in a 20 C variance. If it’s too cold, hot or too many leaves on the track then the transport grinds to a halt.
